REGISTER YOUR CREW FOR THE 2026 PHILIPPINE HIP HOP DANCE CHAMPIONSHIP!

In this form, you will be required to submit the following:

✔️ Crew Leader Information & Contact Details

✔️ Team Assistant / Assitant Coach Name

✔️ Crew Members' Full Name & Birthday

✔️ At least Php 3,000 Registration Fee Deposit

After successful submission of this form, your crew will be officially registered for #HHIPH2026. Registration fee is Php 1,500 per member. This is inclusive of audience access to both the Semi Finals & Finals for ALL REGISTERED DANCERS. Whether you are a finalist or not, you can watch the Semi Finals and Finals for FREE. Remaining  balance will be due on March 31, 2026 (Tuesday).  Crew Leader & Team Assistant DO NOT need to pay the registration fee if they are not competing on stage with the team. You may also choose to pay the full fee upon registration.

*If the Crew Leader/Assistant is also competing on stage, he will need to pay the registration fee as a member of the crew

*Registration fee deposit is non-refundable
