MINICREW DIVISION REGISTRATION

REGISTER YOUR CREW FOR THE 2025 PHILIPPINE HIP HOP DANCE CHAMPIONSHIP!

In this form, you will be required to submit the following:

✔️ Crew Leader Information & Contact Details

✔️ Crew Members' Full Name & Birthday

✔️ At least Php 2,000 Registration Fee Deposit

After successful submission of this form, your crew will be officially registered for #HHIPH2025. Registration fee is Php 1,250 per member. Remaining  balance will be due on March 15, 2025 (Saturday).  Crew Leader DOES NOT need to pay the registration fee if they are not competing on stage with the team. There will be no Team Assistant for Minicrew Division crews. Crew Leader will serve as your Team Assistant as well. You may also choose to pay the full fee upon registration.

*If the Crew Leader is also competing on stage, he will need to pay the registration fee as a member of the crew

*Registration fee deposit is non-refundable
