REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT FORM

Each crew will upload a photo of their balance deposit slip or screenshot of transfer through this form. Registration fee is PHP 1500 per member. Registration fee is inclusive of audience access to both the Semis and Finals for ALL REGISTERED DANCERS. Whether you are a finalist or not, you can watch the Semi Finals and Finals for FREE. 

In the event that a dancer is joining multiple divisions, he/she will be paying the registration fee for each division separately. Note that the Crew Leader shall collect the individual payments and deposit in full the registration fee balance. Please fill out a separate Payment Form for each division you are joining.

Sample Computation:

5 members: Php 1,500 x 5 = Php 7,500

Deposit: Php 3,000

Balance: Php 4:500
