Upload a photo of your deposit slip or a screenshot of your transfer. Deadline for the registration fee balance is MARCH 15, 2025 (SATURDAY).
Registration Fee: Php 1,250 per dancer
Sample Computation:
5 members: Php 1,250 x 5 = Php 6,250
Deposit: Php 3,000
Balance: Php 3,250
Each crew member should fill out the Crew Member Entry Form individually. Here, a photo of the member's Passport or Government I.D. containing birthday (ex. driver's license) will be uploaded. In case the member has no passport or government I.D., he/she can upload a photo of both his/her I.D. and Birth Certificate. A waiver form will also be signed through the Member Entry Form. This should be submitted by March 15, 2025 (SATURDAY).

Upload your music along with your crew logo & write up. Make sure to read the RULES & REGULATIONS to prevent disqualification or any deductions. Deadline of submission is on MARCH 30, 2025 11:59 PM (SUNDAY) . Music changes will be permitted as follows:
